We are desperate for a miracle. Over the past year we have fallen on very rough times. We began relying on credit cards thinking it would only be short term and once I found a job again things would be ok. I am working again, but one of the companies I keep books for has closed and the other closes for the summer. My husband lost his job right before Christmas and is now self-employed. While business is picking up, we are still trying to get caught up. We've worked out hardship programs with most creditors, but some are still unwilling. We are behind on our mortgage and other payments because of this. I can work from my home for you using my computer, phone--whatever.
